拆卸隔板
用水或其他合适的中和溶液使泵运行，冲洗泵头和阀门组件。如果化学药品滴落在泵上，则需冲洗泵的外部。将泵的行程长度旋钮设置为0%，然后拔去泵的插头。
使系统减压，然后断开泵的软管或管道。卸下泵头四颗螺钉，然后卸下泵头组件。
抓住隔板外缘，逆时针转动隔板，直到隔板从电子电源模块（EPM）上松开。不要松开隔板后面的偏转板或隔板垫片，重新装配时需要它们。注：垫片数量可以是0到2。
如果打算重复使用隔板，应检验隔板上的特氟纶表面有无过度拉伸迹象（局部白**域），或者隔板背面上的人造橡胶是否已磨损。如果这两种状况的数量过多，则应更换隔板。
6.3隔板更换
·更换隔板时，*好更换阀芯和其他磨损部件。供应商可提供部件包，包里有完全重新组装泵的湿端所需要的全部部件。供应商要知道的是泵的数据标签上的“KOPkit编号”，以便提供部件包。
·将泵的行程长度设置为50%，然后拔去泵的插头。
·如果用户保管好从原始隔板上拆下的垫片，或者知道原始数量，则可以跳过下一步隔板垫片调整。
6.4更换阀门
·冲洗泵，**泵头上的化学药品。
·拔去泵的插头，释放系统压力，然后拆开软硬管道。
·松开阀芯并丢弃。再卸下泵头内的O形密封圈。
·用新O形密封圈安装新阀芯，使压印字母从上到下阅读，并且箭头指向流量方向。只可用手拧紧，不要使用扳手或钳子。如果泵头材料是SAN，这一点尤其重要。
·重新连接软硬管道，然后重新安装泵。
·检查新安装接头周围有无泄漏。
泵故障
可能原因
1、泵进口侧泄漏。
2、阀座不密封。
3、泵设定值低。
4、吸入液位低。
5、隔板破裂。
6、泵头裂开或断裂7、泵头含有空气或氯气8、接线破裂或断开9、电压下降10、电子控制板故障
补救方法
1、检查进口管道。如果端部磨损，切下约一英寸（2.5cm）然后替换。
2、若阀座污秽则清洗，如发现老化，则用替换材料更换。
3、若在压力下泵送，标度盘应设置为20%容量以上，保证进料速率可靠。
|4、溶液必须高于底阀过滤器。
5、按6.0“维护”一节所示更换隔板。检查注入点压力是否高于额定*大压力。注意：隔板材料的化学不配伍性会导致隔板破裂和泵头周围泄漏。
6、按6.0“维护”一节所示更换泵头。接头只可用手拧紧。使用钳子和扳手会使泵头裂开。另外，化学不兼容性会导致破裂从而产生泄漏。
7、放空泵头空气，见5.0“启动和运行”一节。
8、正确接线。检查熔丝或断路器。
9、查明原因后采取措施。
10、联系供应商。

General Description
Pulsafeeder PULSAtron Series E Plus chemical metering pumps are positive displacement, diaphragm type pumps. Output volume is adjustable while pumps are in operation from zero to maximum capacity. The PULSAtron Series E Plus contains a highly reliable timing circuit as well as circuit protection against voltage and current upsets. This pump features solenoid protection by thermal overload with auto-reset. The Series E Plus guided check valves, with their state-of-the-art seat and ball designs, provide precise seating, and excellent priming and suction lift characteristics. Our timing circuit is highly reliable and, by design, virtually unaffected by temperature, EMI and other electrical disturbances.
Pump Controls
Adjustment is by means of readily accessible dial knobs, one for changing stroke length and the other for changing stroke frequency. Both knobs are located opposite the liquid handling end. Automatic control via 脉冲 DC and stop function inputs. Auto-Off-Manual switch.
Drive Assembly
The pump drive is totally enclosed with no exposed moving parts. Electronics are housed in chemical resistant enclosure at the rear of the pump for maximum protection against chemical spillage. Average electrical power consumption is 130 Watts.
Materials of Construction
See Specifications tab. Chemical metering pump housing shall be of chemically resistant PBT thermoplastic. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel. Valve seat and seal ring are renewable by replacing the cartridge valve assembly.
